If you haven't already selected a customer or location, the rAware main page includes all of the measurements associated with your account. By choosing customers and locations, you narrow-down the information shown on the main pages.
At the top of the page, you'll see a set of boxes that show the values of all of the measurements for the active customer and location.
Your measurement points include the alert status on the left (blue = OK, red = In Alarm).
From top to bottom, the other attributes shown are…
Finally, on the right-hand side will be one or two buttons.
The eye button will take you to the measurement page of the measurement point, where system administrators can make changes such as changing alert setpoints.
If recording is enabled for the particular measurement, you'll also have the chart button that takes you to the trend page.
If you are looking at all of your points, you'll also be shown a list of your customers to easily narrow-down your view.
If you are looking at a specific customer but all of the locations, you'll be shown a list of possible locations that the customer has.
If you are already looking at a specific location, there won't be a list - the Remote Nodes list (described below) will fill up that space.
This is a list of the nodes attached to the account, customer or location. The list includes the customer and location the node is assigned to, as well as its current status.
To get more information about each node, you'll need to click on it.
