Sometimes you'll need to change your contact details - most often your mobile number.

It's important to keep these details up-to-date, otherwise you might miss out on important alerts.

To get to your user settings, simply login to your account, click on your username in the top-right-hand side page (pictured below) and select 'Settings'.

In the fields provided, simply enter your correct contact details, such as your email address and mobile phone number.

Note: If your user account has been attached to a number of different rAware companies, changing your details (including your email address) will change it for every company you sign in to.

If you deliberately want to split your account, you will need to contact the system administrator to get a new account linked to a different email address
