To do so, you'll need to create a new alert group that you'll assign to all of the alerts that you want a delayed response to.

You can get to the alert group list via the admin page

Now go to the list of the people in the alert group, and update the delays so that the minimum delay is the delay you'd like to impose on your alarm.

For example, if you'd like to wait 5 minutes after the alert is tripped before actually broadcasting the alert, you can set the delay to '5'.

Make sure that any alerts that you want delayed response on use this new alert group, rather than one that responds immediately.
