To change the contact details of a user (such as the mobile number or email address), you simply edit the user via the admin page.

Some email addresses may be associated with more than one rAware account. As such, you may lose the ability to edit their details because the user is no longer unique only to your company.

For Example:

John Smith works for a contractor that services systems supported by two different rAware clients - A and B.

Once John is given access to the data of both A and B via the same email address, neither A or B will be able to update johns contact details anymore. However, John himself will be able to login and change them if required.
