Each rAware account can contain a number of customers.

This feature is mostly available for those accounts that service a number of different clients. By organising your nodes by your various customers, you can quicky and easily narrow down the particular piece of information you are looking for.

Each customer can also have one or more locations attached to them.

Customers also have a role to play in access control. You can create customer accounts on the rAware website and give your customers access to their information.

When they login, they will only see the details of items that are linked to their customer - not any of the other customers you have in your account.
